This is the second year in a row DUAL and its subsidiaries have received this award. 

Insurance Business America’s annual Top Insurance Employer list ranks leading U.S. insurance organizations based on an anonymous survey of employee satisfaction metrics, including benefits, compensation, culture, and professional development.

To be considered for the list, companies needed to be invited by IBA to provide their various offering and practices, and employees needed to complete a survey to provide their opinions on the companies’ practices.
